CAM AND LIFTER REPLACEMENT

NOTE ;WE ONLY USE PREMIUM PARTS INCLUDING ARP HARDWARE FOR THE CYLINDER HEADS,PREMIUM LIFTERS, ETC.

The GM engines with the AFM ( air fuel management) also commonly knows as DOD ( displacment on demand)

where the engine under certain driving conditions will go from 8 cylinders to 4 cyinders.

These systems are known to be problematic, if your vehicle suffers a lifter failure, or want to eliminate the system

to avoid costly and potential catastrophic failures down the road, Davenport has several options.

Davenport will remove and eliminate the active system, by replacing the camshaft, new lifters, ( NON DOD/AFM style)

including all accompanying components required for the service.

You can choose a camshaft that is stock in nature and will retain the same drivability, or you can choose an upgraded camshaft

that will gain more HP, these camshaft also require other ugpraded components.

We also include calibration to your engine computer to insure proper intergration.
